Terms and Conditions
These terms explain how customers and masters use Ostativar. By creating an account, posting an order, responding to an order, or using the platform, you agree to follow these terms.

1. Platform role
Ostativar is a marketplace that helps customers find independent masters for services. We provide the platform, account tools, order listings, and communication features. We are not a party to the service agreement between a customer and a master unless we state otherwise in writing.
2. Accounts and profiles
You are responsible for the information in your account and profile. Customers can post and manage their own orders. Masters can browse available work and manage assigned jobs only when their master profile status allows it. You must not use another person's account or provide false, misleading, or unauthorized information.
3. Orders and service agreements
Customers should describe orders accurately, including scope, location, timing, budget, and relevant photos. Masters are responsible for reviewing the order before accepting work or making an offer. The customer and master are responsible for agreeing on the final scope, schedule, price, materials, access, and completion conditions.
4. Prices and payments
Unless Ostativar introduces an in-platform payment flow, prices and payment terms are agreed directly between the customer and the master. Users are responsible for any taxes, receipts, refunds, deposits, or other payment obligations that apply to their agreement.
5. User content
You remain responsible for text, photos, reviews, profile details, and other content you submit. You must have the right to upload that content, and it must not be illegal, misleading, abusive, discriminatory, spam, or infringe another person's rights. We may remove content that violates these terms or harms the platform.
6. Safety and lawful use
Users must follow applicable law and use the platform respectfully. Do not threaten, harass, defraud, bypass platform safeguards, scrape the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use Ostativar for illegal goods, unsafe work, or services requiring licenses you do not hold.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep Ostativar reliable, but the platform may be unavailable, delayed, or changed from time to time. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ostativar is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, user disputes, service quality, personal injury, property damage, or payment issues between customers and masters.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through the platform or by another appropriate method. Continued use of Ostativar after an update means you accept the updated terms.
