Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains how to request deletion of your Ostativar account data, including data linked to phone, Google, or Facebook sign-in.

1. How to request deletion
Ostativar does not currently provide a self-service account deletion button. To request deletion of your Ostativar account data, email ostativarsupport@gmail.com from the email address connected to your Ostativar account and include the subject "Data Deletion Request".
2. Information to include
Please include your full name, the email address or phone number used for your Ostativar account, and whether you want to delete your full Ostativar account data or only data linked to a specific sign-in provider. We may ask for additional information to verify that the request belongs to you.
3. Facebook Login data
If you used Facebook Login, Ostativar uses Facebook through Supabase Auth. We may receive the email address and name or profile name that Facebook provides for authentication. You can also revoke Ostativar's Facebook access in Facebook by going to Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Apps and Websites. Removing Ostativar from Facebook revokes future Facebook access, but it does not automatically delete your Ostativar account data.
4. What we delete or anonymize
After verifying the request, we delete or anonymize the personal account data that can reasonably identify you, including sign-in data, your Ostativar user profile, and related customer or master profile data where deletion is possible. Some marketplace records may be retained or anonymized where needed for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute handling, or platform record keeping.
5. Processing time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. If we need more information to verify the request or to handle active marketplace records, we will reply by email.
